Title: Retail Analyst
Location: Greater Denver Area

The Retail Analyst will analyze the business at Walmart and other major retailers and recommend actions to improve performance and results
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Scorecards, OTIF, and MABD’s for Walmart business and produce weekly buyer report.
- Responsible for base Walmart forecast and work closely with Operations and Sales to calculate sales lift resulting from promotional activities.
- Develop forecasts for new product rollouts, line extensions and store count changes.
- Conduct regular analysis of retail performance and inventory for other key accounts including Tractor Supply, Menards, Lowe’s, Amazon and Home Depot.
- Work closely with customers to gain insight to store in-stock levels, WOS and out of stocks to adjust the forecast to reflect changes in shipping patterns and volumes.
- Develop Retail and Wild Bird category analysis to influence decisions on product mix and sales volumes.
- Participate in monthly SIOP meetings.
- Identify and implement process improvements with the planning organization.
Requirements:
- Experience with Walmart's Retail Link portal
- Familiarity with Scorecards, OTIF, and MABD’s, Supply Plan and GRS forecasting
- Possess the ability to work with Sales Representatives as well as Corporate office/ Warehouse Personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - specifically Excel and Word
- Ability to create reports from raw data and analyze
- Experience in a Walmart Operational Department (includes: Logistics, Vendor Compliance, and/or Transportation) preferred
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects at once with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly
- Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
- Capacity to work independently with a high degree of personal motivation
- Prior experience working with a manufacturer who has sold to or supplied Walmart stores
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
- Possess organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, and be an advocate for all of the policies and protocols of the organization
