Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Portfolio Management is a leader responsible for managing the overall Global Digital Portfolio - applications and operations related to Barco Uniforms transition to a Digital Enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee new digital applications, vendor selection, and management
- Work on budget/controls, contracts, solution delivery (Agile methodology)
- Manage IT digital resources and vendors for e-commerce related projects for B2B and B2C
- Will work closely with Security Officer, Applications Manager, and Infrastructure Manager to ensure compliance in all areas of the Enterprise
- Teamwork in an offsite-onsite environment
Supervisory Responsibility
- Vendors and digital associates

Requirements
Required Education/Experience
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Math or Digital Technologies
- 5+ years’ work experience in enterprise teams, with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value with agile methodologies
- Experience with current e-commerce platforms to include Magento, Demandware or Intershop. Must be familiar with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Jitterbit, etc.
- Understand API’s, web services and cross channel data stitching
- Experience with applications teams and customers to deliver a final product
- Experience delivering an e-commerce platform and analytics to end customers
- Be able to work with applications teams and PM’s to accomplish goals
- Experience in Dev/Ops environments, Scrum Skills
- Experience in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
- Ability to function in a collaborative environment
- Strong finance background
- Experience in an international company
- Interfaced with Director, VP and CXO levels
- Be an avid learner and current on IOT, Chat, Voice, Social, and RPA
- English as the primary language of business. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, data documentation, and procedure manuals. Must possess the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Preferred Education/Experience
- Must have a BA or BS in Computer Science, Math or Digital Technologies.
- PMP certification
