Job Description:
This test analyst will be working with a test lead on a project for the replacement/upgrade to the interactive voice response (IVR) system. The IVR system will integrate with other existing systems that will also need to be validated. The position will require excellent communication skills, understanding of IVR testing, integration testing, defect management, and call center operations. The State of Michigan Dept of Treasury call center is the largest call center in Michigan's state government.
