The Contract Systems Analyst for SAP Ariba Procure to Pay will:
· Partner closely with the IT technical team to deliver projects, enhancements, and end-to-end process support for the SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay solution
· Contribute to the design, development and implementation of critical projects that support business partners’ strategic goals
· Analyze, plan, develop, test, and document solutions, as well as support maintenance and enhancement projects for the SAP Ariba Procure to Pay Solution and integrated applications
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise with the Ariba P2P Solutione.g. functional, technical, & security aspects
• Provide thought leadership, best practice guidance and impact analysis for project and support work
• Provide strong technical understanding of the product, as well as custom integration components
• Design solutions and demonstrate capabilities, including configuration options to meet business needs
• Execute Projects and Programs that deliver successful results
• Develop, Test, and Implement efficient and maintainable configurations logic for Ariba in accordance with the technical specifications
• Define project tasks, estimates, dependencies, sequencing for successful execution
• Collaborate closely with other teams to drive solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities
• Successfully execute project tasks per plan. Proactively communicate progress
• Ensure highest quality testing and solutioning for high impact / high risk corporate cash related transactions
• Ensure compliance with SOX and change management policies, testing evidence, and migration policies
Experience, Skills & Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years Ariba implementation, support experience, total 6-8 years relevant experience (integration with SAP)
• Functional knowledge of Ariba Downstream (PR, PO, CO, CR) modules; Guided Buying Experience
• Experience with related configurations (Develop and Modify Templates and Workflows)
• Sourcing, Upstream Module Experience a plus
• Strong Experience in interface technologies (IDOC, Web Services, ITK)
• Ability to drive project and support tasks to successfully deliver results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, customers, and team members
• Strong technical and analytical skills, ability to understand software configuration, integrations, data flows, and end-to-end business process components
• Proficient at using common business software applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.)
• SAP Procurement, FICO, experience a plus
• Strong foundation in System Development Lifecycle principles
• Excellent communication skills; ability to create technical documentation, status reporting and other updates for a wide audience
• BS Degree in IT or related
