Job Description :

Provides expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom supported applications and
hardware. Requires extensive knowledge and experience with the following technologies including but not limited
to: legacy telephony systems (PBX, voicemail, Centrex); call accounting; VoIP and associated networking; wireless
devices and peripherals (smart devices); video conferencing; desktop operating systems, applications, and
hardware. This position serves as second and third level support for telecom related issues. Has 4 or more years of
experience in the above outlined areas. Familiar with a variety of associated concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently performs a variety of
tasks, but also works in tandem with a team. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. In-state, day
travel in State-owned vehicles is expected.
