Rhone operates two corporate offices – one in Stamford, CT and one in Draper, UT – with approximately 50 full-time employees. The Company is growing rapidly and strengthening its team with motivated professionals who have a passion for performance. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive Assistant & Office Manager 

Rhone is the fastest-growing men’s activewear brand in the US.  Rapid growth goes hand and hand with organization and planning! We are looking for someone who is organized and hardworking to help manage our CEO’s daily schedule and maintain office needs.  This person should have the ability to perform all functions both quickly and efficiently. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Assistant:
  • Manage calendar including but not limited to: scheduling daily meetings, quarterly board meetings, conference calls, and lunches
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including but not limited to: booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, updating itineraries 
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Spending your day on a wide variety of administrative tasks
  • Plan various events for employees, that range in scope and size from lunches to our annual company wide offsite
  • Maintaining internal and external relationships 


Office Manager:
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Oversee building maintenance
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain office equipment 
  • Coordinate and supervise all internship programs
  • Manage all shipments to and from the office
  • Anticipate future needs
  • Improve employee retention through active communication and problem-solving efforts
