Job Title: Delivery Service Partner Operations Leader
Description:
The Delivery Service Partner Operations Leader position provides operational support and leadership to Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Operations; ensures that the highest quality of customer service is provided at all of the delivery systems within the DSP Team; provides administrative support in areas of compliance, regulations, company policies and procedures.
The position reports directly to the CEO and consults with the other leaders, team members and administration in matters relating to job function.
Essential Functions:

1. Works with CEO to develop financial plans for the DSP division.
2. Assists in recruiting, training, and developing a highly motivated and effective team of DSP operations leads and Driver Associate Partners.
3. Works with CEO, Client, and DSP Team, in setting operational goals for division
4. Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to staff
5. Communicates changes in regulations, policy, and procedures.
6. Coordinates performance appraisals, promotions and terminations within operations job functions.
7. Responsible for DSP audits; facilities/fleet management and security
8. Conducts morning huddles/standups, meetings, as needed with DSP team (internal and external)
9. Responsible for staff planning and coordination of the same for weekdays, Saturdays and special events.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring of the employees within its department.
