Some experience in SAAS sales is prefered, but not required if you have a history of sales success using the telephone and online presentation tools.. You have had experience leading an inside sales team for at least 2 years. You are passionate and enjoy mentoring and coaching sales executives. You must be able to demonstrate a proactive and engaged approach to learning and self improvement. We value a tenacious spirit. About the Role
This is a sales player/coach role and is 100% focused on new customer acquisition for a technology company in the automotive industry. This means you will carry a small quota in addition to being responsible for the overall team quota.
Our software solution enables dealers to grow their parts business through ecommerce. In 2017 and 2018 it was recognized by the INC 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States with a three year growth rate exceeding 500%. You will be joining a team that is results focused and you will be challenged to grow your skills as well as given best-in-class training opportunities.
You will be part of an inside sales team of 5 people. Approximately 40% of your team's monthly sales will come from inbound demo requests, 50% from the team's outreach to prospects who have interacted with our company through emails, trade shows, or internet content or downloads, and 10% from outbound dialing to our database of automotive dealerships which are being educated and nurtured through our marketing efforts. You will be expected to work with your team to help them hit or exceed their monthly target. You are also expected to spend at least 50% of your time training and coaching your team to greatness. You are expected to know your numbers and the team's numbers so we can objectively target and measure improvement.
This role has a mix of a competitive base + uncapped commission. Your expected OTE is $150K. You will have a small quota and will earn a commission on deals closed by the team, including your own.
