Agency Partnerships Manager

Reviews.io are looking for an individual with an established record of account development and revenue generation, with an interest and passion for Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, SEO and innovation, to join our Sydney based team based at 100 Harris Street, Pyrmont, Sydney.

As an Agency Partnerships Manager at Reviews.io you will lead the development of new and existing partners. You will lead by example and collaborate with others to develop relationships externally and internally, to facilitate revenue-driving activity with Reviews.io Business Development, Customer Success and Marketing teams.

You will be a highly motivated individual who will be passionate about our product and providing the best solution for our clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective partners, gather client information and understand their needs, and generate interest in working towards mutual goals.
  • Develop compelling mutual value proposition to encourage partners, SI’s and influencers to invest in promoting the Reviews.io solution.
  • Provide sales support to existing and potential partner organisations through training, customer visits, technical and administrative information, demonstrations, and quotes.
  • Prospect and develop agency partnerships.
  • Work with all Reviews.io team members across all sites, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer success managers to ensure successful implementation of agency partner deals
  • Skillfully close client businesses directly and via agencies, as well as work in conjunction with the current sales teams when there is division in ownership.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to maintain client relationships as well as develop new ones.
  • Prepare presentation materials, conduct ongoing partner education webinars and facilitate lunch and learns.
  • Identify and tap new opportunities in the form of best fit clients using good business acumen
  • Prioritise work exceptionally by exhibiting excellent time management and organisational skills, according to workload.
  • Perform under pressure with the ability to meet targeted revenue goals.

Ideal Fit:
  • 2-4 years account/sales experience
  • Background preferably with SaaS, Mar Tech, Ad Tech, or with a media agency.
  • Proven demonstration in meeting targets
  • Experience in conducting client presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce, digital marketing and preferably social media sites
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent organisational and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
