Inside Sales Development Representative

ReviewBuzz is seeking an Inside Sales Development Representative with a successful track record of securing client appointments through large volume of outbound sales calls. Requires ability to qualify prospects and discover potential client fit. The Inside Sales Rep must be dedicated to making the required number of outbound phone calls necessary to secure appointments. They will contact prospective clients from our qualified contact list while ensuring all relevant activity is captured in the CRM. Training will be provided on sales enablement software and outbound call scripts.

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Development Representatives:
1. Make multiple outbound calls to qualified leads
2. Answer returned phone calls and book demo and training appointments for sales account executives
3. Process online records and satisfy client concerns or inquiries
4. Capture client information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
6. Adjust your presentation based on coaching and feedback
7. Build rapport through friendly, engaging communication

Qualifications for Inside Sales Representatives:
  1. Knowledge of sales software a plus
  2. Home Services or SaaS sales experience a plus
  3. Familiarity with inter-office communication apps to communicate and coordinate with the rest of the team 

Requirements:
  • Must be Fluent in English with excellent telephone skills 
  •  2+ years making outbound calling required 
  • Full time working hours (Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Pacific Time)
  • Have a reliable internet connection (10 Mbps down & at least 5 Mbps up preferred)
  • Computer or laptop (i5 or better preferred)
  • Have a USB headset with mic.
  • Have a quiet working environment
