Our client in Seattle is a global leader in the global e-commerce space and we have multiple openings for short-term contract roles in multiple teams. These contract opportunities are from 3-6 months+ in duration, are located in Seattle and have flexible working options. 98% of our candidates get extended and/or offered full time employment after the initial contract. Contracts are on-site, full time (40 hours) with opportunity for overtime.
We are looking for:
- Deep HR business partner experience, helping consult with manager and front line employees on employee relations, compensation, benefits, coaching, performance and engagement.
- Exceptionally talented, bright and driven people who like to use data to build business cases, drive change and impact organizational outcomes.
- Comfort in partnering with senior leaders (VPs and Directors) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness.
- Understanding of business priorities and translation into an HR agenda that supports the business.
- Effective liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development.
- Ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, coaching skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Have:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization
- Experience conducting complex investigations
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Strong Project/Program Management Skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a business and HR team
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes, such as organizational transitions.
- A high-level of judgment
