Reunion Marketing a full-service digital marketing company based in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for a part-time Operations Project Assistant to assist with our extensive project portfolio. The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter who excels at managing a number of tasks and enjoys variety in their day.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Operations Project Assistant:

  • Assisting with special projects throughout the organization that include:
  • Data collection and management to support automated software development.
  • Development of our SalesForce database and assistance with implementing custom solutions
  • Reviewing collected data to derive actionable insights
  • Designing and creating reports for various teams 
  • Performing competitive research, marketing performance measurement, and reporting
  • Some assistance with building a database of images including image editing (resizing, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required, Associates/Bachelor degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of professional work experience
  • Self-motivated, self-directed 
  • Excellent virtual and in-person communication skills
  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient computer skills with Google Suite (Google Sheets & Docs)
  • Experience with the tools listed below a plus:
  • Salesforce
  • Google Analytics
  • Gmail
  • Slack
  • Adobe suite (e.g., inDesign and Photoshop)
