Telephone Market Researcher

We are on the lookout for temporary / flexible telephone market researchers to carry out research on behalf of our charity and consumer clients. We are looking for great communicators who are keen to learn and ready to add to the awesome atmosphere!

You’ll receive comprehensive training and receive a starting rate of £9.75 per hour. This role requires good negotiation skills whilst remaining personable, exceptional listening skills and enthusiasm.

This could be an ideal job if you’re an actor, student, or just need a few extra hours. You’ll receive full training, flexible hours. We provide a great working environment and consider ourselves different from other call centres as we’re more focussed on accurate data collection rather than high targets.


Working at Return Fundraising

We’re a boutique agency, and that means we’re a fairly small team with a big reach. Our offices are in Highbury and as well as having a great community, we also have a large cafe on site and are just over the road from the park, with tennis courts and a swimming pool to enjoy in your lunch break. We have plenty of free proper coffee, fresh fruit, drinks fridge and wine to enjoy at our regular socials!

Main responsibilities

  • Understand the projects and make sure that quality is key, collecting accurate, unbiased answers
  • Deliver feedback from projects to the client manager
  • Achieve a constant level of quality over the phone and represent our clients in a professional and efficient manner
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and projects


Our offer

We have full and part time positions available, with a competitive salary. You’ll have 20 days of holiday, plus 8 days of bank/public holidays (pro rata to your working hours). We also have a company pension scheme that you can join.

Essential

  • Provides evidence of effective IT skills

Desirable

  • Experience of telephone research or customer service
