We are on the lookout for temporary / flexible telephone market researchers to carry out research on behalf of our charity and consumer clients. We are looking for great communicators who are keen to learn and ready to add to the awesome atmosphere!
You’ll receive comprehensive training and receive be paid the minimum/living wage. This role requires good negotiation skills whilst remaining personable, exceptional listening skills and enthusiasm.
This could be an ideal job if you’re an actor, student, or just need a few extra hours. You’ll receive full training, flexible hours. We provide a great working environment and consider ourselves different from other call centres as we’re more focussed on accurate data collection rather than high targets.
Main responsibilities
- Understand the projects and make sure that quality is key, collecting accurate, unbiased answers
- Achieve a constant level of quality over the phone and represent our clients in a professional and efficient manner
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and projects
Our offer
