What We’re Looking For
You are a Mobile Developer with a deep understanding of either iOS or Android development. Ideally, you’ve worked with both platforms but consider yourself an expert in at least one of them. You understand the platform and can communicate that to others. 

You have published apps for iOS and/or Android and have experience working directly with clients. You can work by yourself and on a team. You have experience with apps for smart home devices, such as Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

You can create custom controls and views. And you aren't afraid to try new things. You stay up on the latest technology and you develop Mobile Apps that users enjoy. 

Preferred Experience 
Experience consulting with clients - either on the side or as a part of your job responsibilities.
Experience developing consumer-facing software. 
Personally published and supported an app in the iOS or Google Store.
Experience creating custom controls and views.
Application performance optimization and tuning best practices.
Mobile application security best practices.
Cloud development and architecture with AWS or Azure.
iOS (Objective C or Swift)
Android (Java or Kotlin)
Cross platform mobile app development frameworks/tools (Ionic, React Native, NativeScript, etc)
Amazon Alexa
Google Home
Automating testing, integration, deployments, monitoring.
