The Support Specialist will work directly with our customers to ensure that their end customers are successful in deploying their application via Replicated. You’ll need to know your way around common distributions of Linux, be comfortable in the command line and maybe write a few lines of bash.
In this role you'll:
- Solve unique problems.
- Help customers install and maintain their Replicated installations.
- Build knowledge base of common mistakes.
- Work to improve the product and prevent issues.
