RentPerks is the first Global Brand for Renting. A day in the life of our Representatives often includes:
- New business development via client outreach including cold calls, meetings and attendance at industry events
- Assisting Landlords in the signup of their Properties to the RentPerks platform
- Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Providing open houses for exclusive property listings to qualified tenants
- Assisting in the Application process for Tenant Signup
- Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals
- Assisting Property Owners and Tenants in the signup process to the Platform
- Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops
