About the Role
You’ll be a Product Lead who will collaborate with various cross-functional partners to accelerate the business and ensure a healthy balance of conversion wins and customer quality. Each improvement you make increases the revenue. You’ll manage a roadmap, sprints, and drive your team towards results. You’ll pass along the wins, own the misses, and most importantly, learn along the way.
Ø Establish vision for a product team. Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
Ø Develop the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution.
Ø Create clear goals for the team
Ø Understand guests’ needs; identify and define product requirements.
Ø Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of people-centric products.
Ø Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & health. Share your results and learnings along the way.
Ø Lead large, cross-functional groups of people. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
Ø 3+ years of growth product management experience in the startup ecosystem.
Ø Possess a growth mindset: Live and breathe experimentation, data analysis, and ruthlessly prioritize for impact.
Ø Demonstrated a track record of product leadership. Ability to lead and influence teams towards a measured outcome you clearly describe.
Ø Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.
Ø Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
Ø Radical thinking paired with strong execution. Can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there.
Ø Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated the ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
