RedTeam offers the most comprehensive commercial construction platform for the industry. Project teams use RedTeam to communicate and collaborate online, by creating and sharing contract documents, posting updates, uploading photos, and monitoring performance.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Demand generation is a critical ingredient to RedTeam’s success and we are looking for those who enjoy the hunt for new customers to present RedTeam’s SaaS solutions. This position reports to the Manager of Demand Generation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Pre-call planning and research for prospecting.
- Follow up on prior leads (nurturing).
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document, track, and monitor prospecting activities.
- Effectively manage your time to remain focused on individual and team goals.
- Work closely with management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:
- SaaS or technology focused experience.
- 2+ years of inside sales, demand generation, or lead generation experience.
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform preferred.
