Red Otter is an internal startup in Telenor Group, one of the world’s largest telecom companies. We are a collaborative international team based in Singapore and Oslo, who want to fundamentally change the mobile customer experience and launch amazing mobile data offerings in new markets. Through our consumer brand OYA we are creating a unique customer experience of seamless and easy data across all their devices anywhere.

We are now looking for a collaborative, analytical and creative Head of Growth for Singapore.  You will own all aspects of creating growth for the company; including marketing strategy and tactics through relevant social networks, paid media and organic channels such as SEO and PR. Think of it as joining a startup, a self-sustained team within a big company, with rapid international expansion.

Leveraging your deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing, you will both define and execute on growth strategy, with the support of agencies and freelancers, with additional team members over time. 

The ideal candidate is Product led, data driven, highly creative, and can show evidence of driving significant growth for consumer products.

Responsibilities
  • Explore, identify, and execute on strategies required to win in the Singapore market, in terms of product, user acquisition, growth tactics and retention
  • Develop, implement, measure and report on all digital marketing efforts across online channels such as affiliates, display, email, video, social media, SEO and SEM.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing dashboards for traffic and user acquisition, conversion performance, spend and revenue targets
  • Determine the best use of budget to achieve strategic growth objectives
  • Develop strategic partnerships with both global and local partners
  • Build and manage growth team, external partners and agencies
  • Provide and leverage local insights

Minimum Qualification
  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience
  • Hands on experience in the development and implementation of activity in a minimum of two of the following channels: SEO, ASO, SEM, Paid Digital, email marketing, referral marketing
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack, such as Tableau and Google Analytics 
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Singapore market
  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in English
