Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is the glue that keeps our practice running. To be more specific, the primary responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator are:

  • Developing research in the form of industry tracking, developing strategic target lists for searches, internet data mining/sourcing and name generation
  • Sourcing in the form of cold calling, following up on referrals, and identifying candidates to be interviewed by the Recruiters
  • Updating and maintaining candidate tracking database
  • Developing position specifications/job descriptions
  • Scheduling candidates to be interviewed
  • Building strong relationships with clients and vendors

Position requirements:

  • Excellent internet research skills required. Resume search experience is preferred, but your hours spent on social media count here as well 
  • Self-confident, self-motivated and highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, especially at the senior level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Authentic and driven
