Job Description
As an Account Coordinator, you will partner with Strategists and Account Managers to ensure our clients’ campaign goals are being met. This will include interacting with the clients on regular calls and visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking digital marketing initiatives and performance against client goals
- Routinely identifying poor performance in client marketing and identifying how to remedy
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve specific client marketing goals
- Provide assistance to the account management team for their daily communication with clients
- Understand the company dashboard and be able to analyze data and reports
- Communicate with vendors to optimize client advertising performance
- Assist in all aspects of media planning, buying, optimizing, reporting and reviewing marketing results.
- Mastering every optimization tool and technique across all media to reach clients’ marketing goals.
- Utilizing data to recommend budget allocations across multiple sources
- Assembling data and articulating recommendations for optimizations
- Creating strong rationale for media recommendations
- Developing, building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors
- Maintaining the working list of preferred partners and becoming an expert on their offerings
- Collaborating and coordinating with the marketing team on client deliverables
- Utilizing SalesForce and other task management tools to provide updates on progress
- Keeping abreast of recruitment advertising media trends and industry news
Required Skills & Experience:
- Interest in growing into an Account Management role
- Interest in media planning/buying, digital marketing, and digital-media a must
- Computer proficiency, preferably with a strong working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent professional skills, including oral communication skills and presentation of data
- Attention to detail and ability to proof work for accuracy
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and independently
- Mathematically and technically inclined
