Job Description
As an Enterprise Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for engaging prospects and achieving sales progress with a broad number of opportunities, from prospect to close. You’ll be talking with job board companies, staffing agencies and direct employers who use performance based job advertisements to hire top-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond directly to all sales opportunities with a focus on breaking into new markets.
- Manage your own leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
- Articulate the Recruitics value proposition and educate clients around the power of Recruitics.
- Generate new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop, negotiate, and structure long-term relationships with clients.
- Submit standard sales metrics, such as weekly forecasts, pipeline, funnel, monthly progress, business plans, and expense reports, on a regular and timely basis.
- Develop proposals together with other relevant departments within Recruitics.
Requirements
- Experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or application.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company)
- Experience with all MS Office applications, a CRM software, and a proven ability to be resourceful leveraging technology and web platforms for enhanced due diligence.
- Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments.
- Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience including product management, business development, engineering, and C-level executives
- Quota carrying sales experience, ideally in online media, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or other subscription based services to a variety of Direct Employers, Staffing firms, and/or Job Boards is desired’
