Director, Brand Engagement

To continue this expansion of innovation into new channels, Recruitics is looking for a new team member to help continue our efforts to lead the industry with innovation in a new offering in our outbound and engagement offering.

The Director of Brand Engagement oversees the Recruitics nurture and engagement offerings to provide solutions for our clients to support their talent attraction strategies. This role operates as a centralized resource that supports all regions as a subject matter expert and reports to the VP of Strategy. The objective of this role is to develop and clearly define offerings along with scalable and repeatable delivery models.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead strategies to bring engagement and nurture offering to market
  • Oversee enterprise-level CRM tool on behalf of clients, including consulting on setup, organization, workflows and management
  • Develop best practices and guides for landing page development, including design, copy, and lead capture
  • Design an implement communication streams based on key logic to maximize candidate engageme
  • As scale is achieved, train and manage internal resources to develop platform and channel expertise to develop strategies and execute them on behalf of clients
  • Be the expert on key industry trends and develop methods by which to apply those on behalf of clients
    Develop best practices and guides for email development, including content, design, copy, and call to action
  • Synthesize and manage reporting to demonstrate the value of engagement and nurturing campaigns and initiative
  • Identify new and innovative ways to engage candidates with emerging technologies like chat bots. Develop pilots and execute to demonstrate value.
  • Lead strategies to bring sourcing offering to market
  • Be the internal expert on the vendors available for sourcing and when and which sources specifically to recommend as solutions to clients
  • Partner with the Director of Media buying to ensure the proper tiers are identified and delivered to meet client needs
  • Develop best practices and guides to help clients maximize value from sourcing tools
  • Provide support to in-market strategists to facilitate learning in order to more effectively and efficiently service client sourcing needs
  • Knowledge and documentation of effective outreach tactics including message development, message frequency, and rejecting handling 
  • Develop and manage reporting to help clients utilize their investment in sourcing 
  • Develop offerings to drive candidate referrals
  • Understand the landscape of candidate referral products
  • Recommend the appropriate solution based on client needs 

Key skills

  • High degree of comfort with marketing and recruitment technologies including CRM, ATS, CMS, and ESP (e.g. smashfly, responsys, eloqua, marketo, etc.)
  • Expert in data and analytics with the keen ability to develop insights that drive action
  • Informed about email landscape (deliverability, cross-device testing, a/b testing, open rates, CTRs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of sourcing platforms and search query best practices (eg. Boolean strings)
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to work with distributed teams to drive results
  • Knowledge and use of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.
  • Thirst for knowledge and openness to learn
