Job Description
Recruitics is looking for an energetic, sharp, and detail oriented individual to join our Ad Operations team as a Marketing Manager to help develop and grow our recruitment advertising platform. In this role, you will be able to make an impact, manage a growing team, and learn and grow in all ad tech and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the publisher operations department
- Ensure compliance and measure ticket times against company SLAs (service level agreements)
- Build,update and maintain internal and external documentation library
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers
- Research and stay abreast of new media tools and industry trends
- Work with media planners and strategists to develop solutions
- Build-out and create media campaigns across various media channels (PPC, Display, Social Media)
- Support and troubleshoot issues for the Recruitics Agency
- Develop new media tools and solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years digital advertising experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in digital media or adtech/advertising
- Technically and mathematically inclined
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent professional skills - oral communication and ability to present data
- Ability to research, problem solve and think critically
- Experience with digital analytics and attribution
