Facilities and Office Manager
Recargo Inc. is a leader in the electric vehicle services industry. We’re expanding quickly, adding office space and employees, and need a Facilities and Office Manager to join our team to keep things running harmoniously and efficiently. We’re under 20 employees today, but will soon be close to doubling in size, and the right Administrative Assistant will be a vital ingredient in helping us to expand in a smooth, well-coordinated fashion.

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all office installations and maintenance (including identifying and managing vendors)
- Process requests for service from employees and resolving facility related problems
- Help us with planned facility expansions, including working with outside space planners/designers, coordinating moving logistics, procuring furniture and equipment, and monitoring office build-out.
- Ensure that supplies are ordered and stored in a timely and secure manner. Control supplies costs.
- Receive guests and help them with their needs while they are in office.
- Oversee the new employee onboarding process, including procuring computer equipment, business cards, and office assignments. Coordinate with our outside HR firm to initiate new employee background checks and first-day on-boarding meeting.
- Help schedule job candidate interviews with hiring managers, and support candidates while in our offices.
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget.
Requirements
- You should have at least 2 years of comparable experience in an office environment
- Ideally, you will have an Associate degree or 4-year undergraduate degree in a related discipline.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation, and facilitation skills. Must be flexible, dependable and able to work independently.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
