Lead Influencer Account Manager

 As the Lead Influencer Account Manager, you will be the mastermind behind the growth and success of our largest and most successful influencers. You will be the engine that leads our seven-figure portfolio of key influencers to groundbreaking new heights.
 
 
Responsibilities: 

·         You will own the performance, relationship, and revenue growth of our top influencers who generate between 100k-10m daily impressions 

·         Lead hypothesis driven experimentation and implement new creative ways to improve revenue outcomes for our top influencers 

  • Use conversion and post-install metrics to optimize ad-mix and posting strategy for key influencers 
  • Act as the point of contact and lead troubleshooting efforts with key influencers, working closely with our customer success team 
  • Learn and master the influencer and ad tech ecosystem, as well as our multi-faceted product offering 
  • Assist with designing, managing, and executing inbound and outbound influencer onboarding 
  • Hire and scale team of SDRs and account managers
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the ins-and-outs of the influencer and mobile ad tech ecosystem 

Requirements:

  • We operate in the wild west of the internet, you will need to have a sense of humor, eye for opportunity, and thick skin 
  • You should be detail oriented, while also thriving in unstructured environments that require effective prioritization and juggling multiple concurrent projects 
  • Our team is constantly experimenting with new ways to grow and scale our business, a highly ambitious individual who constantly pushes to improve the status-quo will succeed here 
  • We stress that each member of our team should think like a CEO, you should be detail oriented with an ability to see how your work affects the bigger picture
  • A quick learner with a data-driven mindset, who can harness a surplus of available data to drive improvements in influencer revenue will be hugely beneficial in this role
