THE POSITION 
 We are looking for a part-time Recruiting Associate who works well under pressure and can deliver under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency. This is a fast-paced role that requires great attention to detail. The ideal candidate is looking for a remote recruiting opportunity working Monday-Friday, 4 to 5 hours a day depending on the workflow. The right candidate also has the flexibility to come into our headquarters located in northwest Austin, Texas to facilitate onsite interviews and new hire onboarding.  Our company is experiencing continuous growth and this role has the potential to grow along with it. We are looking for someone that is interested in growing with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Work closely with the HR and Talent Manager supporting talent and recruiting efforts
Work with our hiring managers to build new job descriptions/postings
Maintain frequent ongoing communication with hiring managers and candidates
Post jobs in our ATS - Google Hire and publish on job boards
Qualify applicants utilizing our resume checklist
Screen and interview candidates
Schedule candidates and maintain up to date ATS
Facilitate onsite interviews coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate the offer process
Assist with onboarding
Follow Full Cycle Hiring Process
Stay current on talent practices 
Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least one year of full cycle recruiting experience
Comfortable recruiting for remote roles across the US and Canada
Experienced using video chat to interview
Candidate experience is important to you
Articulate and able to tell the story of the company and the job
Must be well-organized and detail oriented
Thrive on quick turnaround of finding the right candidate
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Knowledge & experience with Google Suite and Google Hire is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office
