JOB DESCRIPTION
Razz Interactive is looking for a highly skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for generating extreme interest in our new and unreleased SaaS product by curating, contacting, and qualifying sales-generated leads. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact between prospective customers and Razz Interactive, and will be responsible for clearly conveying our SaaS platform's value and generating new leads.
BACKGROUND ON RAZZ INTERACTIVE
Razz Interactive is a Miami based technology and creative startup focused on producing software and creative experiences. Our mission is to make the connected world more experiential. We’re in private beta with a new real estate SaaS product and getting ready for rapid growth. We have a project list that includes brands like Universal Music, Greystar, Sprint, Wood Partners, Corona, Lincoln Property Company, Pepsi, and more.

WHY THIS ROLE IS CRITICAL
Because this role is key to scaling our outbound sales process. You’ll be the first contact for potential clients, and likely become the face of Razz in their eyes. We'll invest a lot of trust in you and Razz is counting on your ability to understand the needs of our clients. Your role is integral for company growth and you will work closely with both sales and account management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect, educate, and qualify outbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Interact with prospects via phone and email
- Provide pre-sales support to resolve issues and delight potential customers
- Vet inbound leads, responding to relevant contacts
- Schedule meetings and product demos for yourself and our CEO
- Document daily activities in HubSpot
- Make at least 50 calls a day, in addition to robust email campaigns and social outreach, that will result in at least 20 or more qualified leads on a monthly basis
- Create and manage ongoing drip and nurture campaigns
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly and annual targets to ensure company revenue objectives are met
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (preferred), or equivalent sales and marketing experience
- Genuine customer empathy
- Proficient in, Gmail, LinkedIn, learning new SaaS solutions, and other relevant tools
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener
- Composure under pressure and a willingness to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain Razz Interactive’s value proposition as it relates to each individual
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing a high volume of opportunities
- Positive and hard working mindset along with a desire to help close business
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc…) and HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Cold-calling and emailing experience
