JOB DESCRIPTION
Razz Interactive is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to manage the digital project lifecycle in an agile way to deliver high-quality work that is on-time and on-budget. You'll be responsible for day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including design, print, website launches, online tools, web applications, and campaigns for clients.
Ideally, you approach everything in life with a "figure-it-out" mentality, you're at your best when you're solving problems, and you've delivered enough projects to anticipate when and how potential challenges may arise. You're more likely to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission and you often find yourself speaking up and making suggestions to improve processes.

WHY THIS ROLE IS CRITICAL
At Razz, Project Managers interact with every department in the agency, requiring you to develop relationships quickly and communicate effectively while working with many different personality types. Your teammates will count on you to scope the work, to make accurate timeline estimates, and to plan out resources in a way that not only meets quality, time, and budget goals but also ensures quality-of-life for Razz team members. You'll have the opportunity to assess the agency's existing processes and recommend and execute on ways to improve efficiencies and streamline agency operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scoping project requirements and preparing budgets
- Developing detailed project plans and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital and print projects
- Creating and managing project schedules and resource plans, rebalancing workloads as needed
- Developing support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Anticipating potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Continuously identifying opportunities for improving agency workflows, processes, and resource allocation and planning.
- Collaborating with the business development & account management team to develop quotes and timelines for creative, web development, and anything else to best meet client needs.
- Being an internal thought leader of how best to use technology platforms to drive business results.
PREFERRED PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience in a Digital Project Coordinator or Manager role, Scrum Master or equivalent experience leading design & development teams at an agency or a fast-paced tech-startup
- You react positively to changing demands and aggressive deadlines because you get excited by fast-paced projects
- You’re methodical and organized with excellent time management skills
- You know what it takes to get a website up and running, from beginning to end, including knowledge of the development process, testing, and deployment (no coding required)
- Knowledge of common CMS platforms, social media platforms, API’s and Google Analytics.
- You’re tech-savvy with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help Razz achieve its business goals
- You thrive on emerging trends and technologies and have a willingness to share learnings with the team
