JOB DESCRIPTION
Razz Interactive is looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to employ innovative ideas to grow our existing business. You’ll be the primary client contact on key accounts for day-to-day development, planning and implementation of branding and custom website projects. Account Management leads the onboarding process and establishes long-term relationships with new clients. Ideally, you’re driven by your clients’ long-term success and the most rewarding part of your job is delivering a high-quality client experience that exceeds their expectations.

WHY THIS ROLE IS CRITICAL
Because you’ll be the day-to-day contact for your clients, you’ll likely become the face of Razz in their eyes. We'll invest a lot of trust in you and Razz is counting on your ability to understand client needs, and manage expectations so that the team won’t let them down. The most critical parts of your job will be to create and retain customer loyalty by establishing a rapport with clients, plan and develop client-focused programs, oversee the resolution of client concerns and facilitate the delivery of projects to the client.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Strategically grow Razz Interactive’s footprint across different teams, departments, and organizations within your book of accounts
- Onboarding new clients and being the single point of contact to keep them informed on project deliverables and progress.
- Evangelize our product by spearheading the growth and adoption of Razz Interactive’s products and services
- Create implementation work-plans, facilitate status calls that drive completion of project milestones, and provide project progress reporting
- Build account plans for all of your customers and engage appropriate internal resources like Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to deliver on those account plans
- Develop case studies on clients’ business
- Use innovative outreach strategies and data to engage customers with targeted messaging
- Manage the full sales cycle for existing accounts and deliver a consultative sales experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes
- Create your own demonstrations, tailored to your client needs
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities
- Track and report key metrics related to revenue, customer retention, and Razz Interactive product usage
- Gather customer feedback and work cross-functionally to inform product strategy and roadmap
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field OR 3+ years equivalent experience
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS, software or digital agency experience in an account management, sales, or customer success role
- Proven track record of increasing client retention and growing revenue in a book of business
- Must be personable, able to communicate complex ideas clearly over the phone, and enjoy working with people in an entirely client-facing role
- Strong understanding of design, web development, and digital marketing
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
