GaylaCake is looking for an Office Coordinator to manage order-taking, staff schedules and bakery events as well as handle online customer communications including social media and email. The Office Coordinator will be an integral part in ensuring that the operation run smoothly and that each and every customer has an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of experience in an Office Coordinator or similar role; experience in a bakery is a plus!
- Experience managing order intake, social media and email communications.
- Experience working in an environment where customer service is of the utmost importance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Reliable with patience and professionalism.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems and Point of Sale systems.
