Stoeppelwerth & Associates, Inc. is a growing family owned land surveying and civil engineering company that has been in business in the Indianapolis area for over 50 years. We specialize in the design of residential subdivisions and multi-family developments. However, we also do small commercial projects as well. Our team works with clients to turn ideas into reality. This includes land planning, zoning assistance, color exhibits, preparation of plats and construction plans, construction staking, and as-builts. We work with our clients and their design team all the way through the process from concept to finish product. Our clients include many nationally known builders as well as local production and custom home builders.

We are currently seeking an experienced licensed P.E. to join our team! The ideal candidate must have experience in project management as well as experience in commercial and residential projects. Position Requirements:

  • Great attitude and work ethic
  • Works closely with clients
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Land development experience
  • Proficient using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience with storm water hydraulic analysis (HEC-RAS)/Floodplain management
  • Knowledgeable with Water Quality and Sustainable Design
  • Experience with drainage calculations/modeling to size detention ponds and storm pipe sizes ? Experience with lift station/forcemain design and “low pressure” systems
  • Experience with watermain/hydraulic design
  • Must be outgoing and have a positive attitude. Also dependable and the ability to work independently and be part of a team to meet deadlines and provide a high quality of work.
This position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform under short deadlines. Typical hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday. Hours vary depending on workload, however, must be available to work overtime as needed when workloads increase.
