Cardinal Spirits started in Feb of 2015 because of a shared passion for craft spirits and American manufacturing. The founders also wanted to create meaningful employment for themselves and others - a place that values entrepreneurial thinking and encourages creativity at every level.
We distill premium spirits using the highest quality ingredients, and we source local ingredients whenever possible. All parts of the distilling process — from fermentation to mashing to aging to bottling — happen on-site. Cardinal Spirits aims to create the highest quality spirits, in a way that will promote our community and turn a profit.
A big part of our business is our Private Label and Copacking business, where we produce craft spirits for startup distilleries, mid-size companies, and international brands. We currently have an opening for an Account/Relationship Manager to lead the growth of this division.
The objective of this position is to manage all interactions between our private label clients and our Production team. The Account/Relationship Manager will be responsible for account management, business development, and coordination between our clients and the Cardinal R&D team, and coordinating with the Production Manager for materials procurement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience managing accounts in the food and beverage industry
- A Bachelors' degree
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
- The desire to help grow the company through business development
