Accounts Clerk

The Client
Our client, a local leader in Retail, is seeking an Accounts Clerk to join their growing team.

Main Duties
  • Assist in all facets of accounting
  • Carrying out day to day accounting activities including assisting in the preparation of management accounts and timely and accurate reporting to the board of directors

Requirements
  • Have an advanced level standard of education in Accounting
  • Candidates having started the process of obtaining a relevant professional qualification will be given preference
  • Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail sector
  • Be able to handle demanding tasks simultaneously and be capable of delivering high-quality work
  • Be proficient in the use of computer applications, in particular, financial and spreadsheet software
