Company Receptionist

The Client

Our client, operating in the Pharmaceutical Industry, is looking for a Company Receptionist to join their team.

Main Duties
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
  • Maintain office filing system and ensures the filing of all correspondence
  • Process, register and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure the Offices and Reception Area are organised
  • Carry out any reception and secretarial work required by managers and executives across the company

Requirements
  • 2 years experience within an office environment
  • Have at least an Ordinary level of education
  • Familiarity with MS applications especially Word and Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to achieve deadlines to high-quality standards and adaptability to changing procedures
