Our client, operating in the Pharmaceutical Industry, is looking for a Company Receptionist to join their team.
Main Duties
- Provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
- Maintain office filing system and ensures the filing of all correspondence
- Process, register and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure the Offices and Reception Area are organised
- Carry out any reception and secretarial work required by managers and executives across the company
Requirements
- 2 years experience within an office environment
- Have at least an Ordinary level of education
- Familiarity with MS applications especially Word and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to achieve deadlines to high-quality standards and adaptability to changing procedures
