Human Resources Executive

The Client
Our client, working in the Business Services Sector, is looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their growing, dynamic team

Main Duties
  • Design compensation and benefits packages#Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Liaise with Managers regarding training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates


Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting including applications for foreign nationals
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
