Spanish Speaking Retention Agent

The Client

Our client a leading iGaming operator and is currently recruiting for Spanish Market Retention Agent to join their growing team.

Main Duties
  • Carry out outbound retention activities
  • Promote the company's products and services
  • Continuous relationship management to retain customers and motivate them about new products
  • Meet targets and deadlines in a goal-oriented environment

Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Fluency in French would be considered an asset
  • One year experience in positions such as Credit Control agent or any position related to preventing cancellation of products in call center environments
  • Capable of reaching targets
  • Able to work in shifts
