Our client a leading iGaming operator and is currently recruiting for Spanish Market Retention Agent to join their growing team.
Main Duties
- Carry out outbound retention activities
- Promote the company's products and services
- Continuous relationship management to retain customers and motivate them about new products
- Meet targets and deadlines in a goal-oriented environment
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Able to communicate in English
- Fluency in French would be considered an asset
- One year experience in positions such as Credit Control agent or any position related to preventing cancellation of products in call center environments
- Capable of reaching targets
- Able to work in shifts
