Call Centre Agent

The Client

Our Client is a leading operator in the Business services, currently looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Call Centre Agent.

Main Duties
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails and resolve customer queries
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

Requirements
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both English and Maltese
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Willing to work shifts
