Our Client, operating in Hospitality, is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team.
- Update internal databases such as employees’ data, contractors’ employees’ data, sick or maternity leave, annual leave, etc.
- Assist with the employee engagement and termination process
- Ensure that standard procedures are adhered to at all times
- Assist in the coordination of company/unit events
- Ensure a safe environment for all employees
- Proficient computer literacy in word, excel, PowerPoint and emails
- Fluent in both Maltese and English language
- Able to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of payroll will be considered as an asset
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
