HR Administrator

The Client

Our Client, operating in Hospitality, is currently looking for a HR Administrator to join their team.

Main Duties 
  • Update internal databases such as employees’ data, contractors’ employees’ data, sick or maternity leave, annual leave, etc.
  • Assist with the employee engagement and termination process
  • Ensure that standard procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Assist in the coordination of company/unit events
  • Ensure a safe environment for all employees

Requirements:
  • Proficient computer literacy in word, excel, PowerPoint and emails
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English language
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of payroll will be considered as an asset
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
