Property Assistant Administrator

The Client

Our Client, operating in the Business Services sector, is seeking to recruit a full-time Property Assistant Administrator to join their growing team.

Main Duties
  • Interface with key stakeholders through multi-channels, mail correspondence, telephone and email
  • Advise clients in regards to post received and payments due
  • Work as part of a team in delivering a diligent and timely service 
  • Ensure consistent self-development with knowledge of the Maltese property market
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external clients

Requirements
  • The candidate will have post-secondary or advanced level of education
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a corporate/office environment
  • Excellent communication and written skills in both English and Maltese
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Preferably has previous Personal Assistant experience, however, training will be provided
  • A valid driving license and own transport are required
