Accounts Clerk (part-time)

The Client
Our client, working in the Business Services Sector is looking for a part-time Accounts Clerk to join their growing, dynamic team.

Main Duties
  • Assist in weekly bank deposits
  • Help in Issuing of Sales invoices and send to clients
  • Post supplier purchases invoices in the system
  • Creditors reconciliations  & allocations
  • Scan and file certain documentation where needed
  • Any other tasks requested by the HOD

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounts department so as a front office clerk
  • Organised and able to take initiative when required
  • Able to work in a group and correspond with other departments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
