CRM Executive

The Client
Our client, a leading Business Services company, is looking for a CRM Executive to join their team.

Main Duties
  • Sell the companies product to the target audience
  • Work to sales targets
  • Maximise time & workload in an acceptable time frame
  • Maintain electronic Direct Data development and weekly updating
  • Control costs within budget
  • Provide monthly reports
  • Understand the clients needs in terms of products that should be promoted and sold to them
  • Represent company in public, private and one to one meetings, conferences and workshops 
  • Portraying a professional image and attitude
  • Upselling of value added services to target audience within the portfolio 
  • Encourage customers to use the product to ensure they renew and buy extra products 
  • Day to day administration, support, recruitment, training and strategy

Requirements
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Teamworking & Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commercial awareness. Know the target market well
  • Create campaigns
  • Top quality analytical skills
