Fund Administrator

The Client
Our Client, a successful Finance company, is looking for a Fund Administrator to join their team.

Main Duties
  • Complete AML checks on shareholder accounts
  • Process subscription/redemption order requests
  • Maintain the Shareholder Registers of the various funds under administration
  • Provide periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to Fund Managers
  • Liaise with investor queries on an on‐going basis
  • Manage the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers

 Requirements
  • Have working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word and Excel
  • Possess excellent administrative and business support skills
  • Take initiative and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
