Human Resources Manager

The Client

Our Client is a leader in the Financial Services sector. They are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Main Duties
  • Take ownership of the entire recruitment process
  • Draft and update HR policies
  • Lead training, inductions, appraisals and evaluations
  • Plan/forecast and identifying gaps in manpower
  • Liaise with Group Administration Manager to ensure best work practices
  • Report business risks to the company CEO
  • Motivate staff in Risk Management principles and practices
  • Support staff to deliver seminars
  • Assist in setting up a training academy

Requirements
  • Tertiary level of education plus a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of relevant HR regulation and FHRD Standards guidance
  • Tact and diplomacy in dealing with clients and associates and sensitivity to HR culture
  • High level of interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Dexterity with any of the major IDE environments such as Visual Studio and Eclipse
  • Experience in design and implementation in any of the major systems (i.e. Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Oracle)
