The Client
Our client is looking for a Client Care Specialist to join their Customer Care team.
Main Duties
- Handle incoming client calls
- Responsible for digital media, such as Facebook pages, messenger and live chat
- Handle the processing of documentation
- Outbound calls to upsell service plans/servicing and generating follow-ups on sales quotes
- Assist HR by taking calls from employees on sick leave
Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing position
- MCAST Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MQF Level 4) is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Maltese
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- A technical background shall be considered an asset
