Sales Shift Leader

The Client
Our client is an IGaming operator and is currently recruiting for Sales Shift Leader to join their growing team.

Main Duties
  • First Tier Management response responsibility for complaints etc.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and enforce call centre procedures to ensure sales targets are met
  • Responsible for shift performance toward targets (Shift /daily/weekly/monthly/quarter targets)
  • Monitor Agents performance, based on call centre procedures
  • Motivate agents to meet individual and team/s targets
  • Lead Distribution and Sales Coaching 
  • Operate & Handle various day to day shift “issues”
  • Train new sales team agent candidates
  • Resolve conflicts among call centre agents 
  • CRM & Other systems Support

  • Previous Managerial experience in Sales Call Centers/Gaming/Telemarketing – an advantage
  • Flexibility is highly important (evening shifts, weekends if necessary, being on call etc.)
  • Target-driven person with proven sales capabilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong will to succeed
  • Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure & Multitask 
  • Team Player attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Native or a very high level  English speaker – required
  • Proficient with Excel and office programs
