Office Administrator

The Client
Our client, a leading F&B company is seeking an Office Administrator to join their growing team. 

Main Duties
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)


Requirements
  • 1 year experience in administration
  • Be computer literate
  • Fluent in spoken and written Maltese and English
  • In possession of a driving license
  • Organised
